Description:

Phase II of the Biltmore Fashion Park project is a response to the powerful desire and need for density in the Camelback Core with proposed plans to introduce mixed-use, high-rise developments to the center through residential, hotel or office components.


At the conclusion of the project, in its entirety, dynamic social gathering places will be present throughout the center along with plush landscaping creating a seamless thread through the Camelback Core’s pedestrian walkways, bustling activity fed by residential, hotel or office and a one-of-a-kind retail lineup.

 

Timeline:

January 2007

  • Completion of Phase I.  North parking lot is repaved and reconfigured incorporating landscaping and shade trees. 
  • Deleasing begins.

Spring 2007

  • Complete all parking lot improvements and unveil parking lot landscaping
  • Camelback Pedestrian Underpass is completed

Summer/Fall 2007

  • Authenticate the Biltmore Fashion Park merchandising plan with retailer introductions
  • Announcement of high rise developer
